The first photo is an Upland Pipit to me.  The last one is probably a Richard's Pipit.  If you are in the field, I think the call is the best field mark.

  Thanks for reply!
  We found them(4pcs) in the same area. They were  
  stay in this area to food. We stay there for hours to  
  take photos with them. I think they were in the same
  group.
  Their color pattern seems more like Richard's Pipit.

Upland Pipits are farely abundant up in TMS, i have seen a group of 5-7 flying about. I love your first shot by the way!it is beautiful!!

  Thanks for reply!
  There are some special species in TMS. We had heard  
  the sound of Mountain Bush Warbler on that day.
