I've been testing out the new Canon A640 for digiscoping over the last two weeks. Due to the behavior of the lens it only works well with a low magnification, high Eye Relief eyepiece , like the Scopetronix Maxview S (40 mm). It does a good job on the cattle egrets on Lamma . Neil Lamma Island, Hong Kong, China. 25/09/06 Canon A640 plus Swarovski STS80HD scope and Scopetronix Maxview S eyepiece
