Are these all of the same bird? The first one especially looks very small-billed and the detail at the wing tips matches closely with pictures I've got of Mew Gull from Japan, though maybe the black is too extensive.
I think the final picture is in fact a Vega Gull - the mantle appears too pale for Slaty-backed, and the bill still appears too fine.
I may well be wrong, but hopefully someone who knows gulls better will be able to help us out on this.

They are not the same bird. In fact, I am not quite familar with the gulls and just saw an information broad there saying that Slaty-backed Gull and Black-headed Gull are commonly found.
