看到牠的背紋近尾羽有白色班像"U",體形比黑鳶小，背後的花紋的確像華南鳥類圖鑑的烏雕幼鳥(p61)，翱翔時雙翼極平，在末端才向上微揚。 拍攝日期：02年10月13日上午  地點：尖鼻咀

I think it should be a marsh harrier.

正如 Kwan 所說，這是一隻澤鷂！ Marsh Harrier
請留意牠的 v 型飛行姿勢（圖２），
翼的形狀和尾的比例比烏鵰窄及長。  ;D
