This is taken on 12 Dec about 8am.
Could it be White Wagtail? But it is a housing estate in Sham Shui Po. Could white wagtail appear in the city?

It is a White Wagtail. Many are now around my estate here in the centre of Kowloon, and they are often the only birds I get to see at my school!
