在塘福的磯石上看到全身灰黑色、外形和小白鷺差不多的鷺鳥，是否就是"岩鷺"? 在香港岩鷺又是否常見??

Are Egretta sacra common in HK??

Yes,
It is reef egret I think. The species is quite often seen along coastal areas. I see one at Pennys Bay yesterday and photoed. I can sent you photo if I know your mail address.
