Title: Re: What is it? Post by John Holmes on Nov 2nd, 2003, 9:55pm This is also known as White-necked Myna in "Birds of Wallacea"; - Streptocitta albicollis is the latin name. It is fairly common in the Nature Reserves at Tangkoko and Dumoga Bone ( in Northern Sulawesi ). However, that race has an all-black bill. This specimen will be from southern Sulawesi ; the bill has a yellow tip. |
