You mean you have a 135-format camera or a 135mm lens?

First of all, we could show you where and how to take bird photographs but you will be the one to take it. :) Since you have the idea of where to find your subject, I would suggest you learn the techniques of bird photography and visit those sites often. WBKF is large for her kind but is very "shy" which is quite difficult to get near. You may be lucky one day you get close with yourself ready.

Good luck for I have not seen kingfishers of any kind in urban parks, yet. :(

Griffin.

Freshman,
Do go to Tsim Bei Tsui - take mini bus 35 and get off at Mong Tseng, from the village walk to the ponds. I watched 4 kinds of kingfishers on one day morning - common, black-capped, white-breasted and pied.
You should first get one binocular to observe these birds' way of flying, eating and living before you are confident and get ready to shot them by camera.
