A sunbird with blue throat and greenish cap and back with pale underbody was seen today at about 1030 in forest of Red Route near its end. It was seen flying low among the bushes and it could stay still in the air like a hummingbird. Seldom seen a fork-tailed sunbird do this maneuvre. Unfortunately the encounter was brief.

This best fit is an olive-backed sunbird. Again an escape?
