The distinctive barred tail and the underwing pattern lead me to believe it is a female Northern Sparrowhawk.

Nice shots, BTW!  ;D

Please note the mesial stripe, I will consider it as a Besra.

I think this one is a Crested Goshawk juvenile. Its wings are rounded when it is flying.

May be I try to get more photo here tonite,
also this raptor flips its wings quite frequent when "hovering"

The size of this raptor is small, overrall length is similar to that of Magpie.

Will it be somekind of Vulture? As it looks similar to "¦Ç±øl" in a Taiwan Book.

Hovering would be one of the best ways to identify the Crested Goshawk inflight. ;) Also note the roundish tail while perching.

But isn't that black kite hover too?
Did I use the wrong word?
I mean it flies in a circle....

Some other points supporting that this bird is Crested Goshawk are listed below:
1. lack of a notch at the primaries which is more suggestive of Besra.
2. Head body : tail ratio about 1: 3/4 (should be 1:1 in case of Besra)
3. A faint whitish vent is visible though not very prominent in this bird, suggestive of Crested Goshawk.
4. Typical call and flying behaviour.

A very good reference book from Taiwan concerning identification of raptor ¥xÆW½àÆN¹ÏŲ is worth reading.

This is indeed a first-winter Crested Goshawk, it can be quite easily told from all other first-winter accipiters in Hk due to the combination of a well-marked mesial and almost unmarked breast, belly and flanks.  All other first-winter accipiters are very marked below by comparision.

These excellent  photographs also show the distinctive shape of CG in flight with the long tail and broad wings that are clearly pinched at the body.

Another good pointer towards Crested Goshawk are the very thick legs of this bird - all other accipiters in HK have clearly thinner legs.

As has been suggested, this is indeed a first winter crested goshawk. There is quite a bit of variation between immature individuals of this species and this one is a particularly pale and unmarked individual. Judging from around 30 immature birds admitted to the KFBG rescue centre over the years, around one in 10 are as pale and unmarked as this.
