Greater Sandplover - pale legs and huge bill.
Were there a lot of waders in Maipo? :)

Yes, there are about 1400 waders in Mai Po now. But diversity is quite low, i.e. ~1000 Common Redshanks and ~300 Common Greenshanks!

I only saw one....at Pond 16/17 on that particular afternoon
