Hi Felix,

Why do you think that it is a Hen Harrier?
What is the size of it? It looks quite small in size.
Please also note that the black pattern is on the shoulder instead on the wing tip.

It is Black-winged Kite (黑翅鳶). ;)

Hope it will wait for me on the coming Saturday.... ::)

I thought BWK should have red eyes ???
Hope I can meet it again for better photo.
