Can anyone help me identify this raptor? Photos taken last Friday morning at Nam Sang Wai. Thanks a lot!

我猜是White-Bellied Sea Eagle sub-adult 白腹海鵰亞成, ;D就是攝影圖鑑cover阿飛影果隻一樣啦 ;D

I suppose this is the same one I have seen at Nam Shan Wai
