spotted eagle ? not look as big as Imperial Eagle .

Hi Hendrix,

白肩鵰成鳥是也。
It should be an adult Imperial Eagle.
However, I think its body color should be much darker.

Below is a photo showing an adult and a juvenile for comparing their color and feather pattern.
