sorry still new to birding so couldn't ID this bird even after reading the whole book on HK birds.

Please refer to the page about "Cisticolas and Prinias (尾尾鶯和鷦鶯". It would give you more hints. ;)

i did narrow my search to that page.
The bluish crown did narrow the choice to breeding yellow-bellied and plain prinia or bright capped cisticola

after seeing this i tot they look quite alike which come to my conclusion ???
