I saw it at Stonecutters Island yesterday!
And it is smaller than Black Kite. Its size around 2/3 of Black Kite!
Is it Chinese Goshawk?

Dear Sze,

it's amazing that you spotted this bird soaring high-up overhead while you had to stood still and hold your breath as being my 'tripod' together with Patty's help to fix my binos on your shoulder when I was using it to digiscoping the Kites... just amazing! Thanks for the great idea!

A very happy team work and great found with you two!

Agree! And we sighted them at Sham Shui Po, Lam Cheong. :D

Also, D & D had photographed two White-vented Mynas at the same place during last visit.  ;D

Startled one on Lamma Island last weekend - was in a pig-pen & flew out within about 6-8' of me
