Tail too long to be a tailorbird, can it be a Plain Prinia?

Hi Cran,

I am not sure. From the picture in the book "A Photographic Guide to the Birds of Hong Kong", Plain Prinia has white feather in its breast. Yet, the colour of this bird's breast feather is light brown, not white (this is the only picture I shot and I can't recall whether it has a white breast or not). Anyways, thanks.

Definitely Plain Prinia. Comparing the two shots (yours and the one in the Photo Guide), yours captures the typical appearance of the species more accurately in my view, though it is usually rather paler below than your shot suggests.
