It looks like a White Bellied Yuhina to me.
Where did you see it??

I don't think this is a W-b Yuhina, Tony.

Take a look at the tail length, absence of a crest, colour of the crown (brown, not green). Also bill length.

I think it looks like this one, which is a Common Tailorbird or Long-tailed Tailorbird.

Please look up the field IDs for Prinia and try to match the details of the Yellow-Bellied Prinia or Plain Prinia. ;)
