Thrush at Po Toi today and last week. Is it Eye-browed First winter?

Agree.

The white eyebrow and the white mark below the eye are a good feature according to the field guide.

The complete orange breast band means that it must be either Eye-browed or Brown-headed (and cannot be Grey-backed Thrush), but Brown-headed does not show the pale mark under the eye.

This is a book-based opinion - I've only seen one Brown-headed and very few Eye-browed Thrushes in winter.

Cheers

It is a first-winter male Brown (or Brown-headed) Thrush.  The flanks are too richly coloured for Eyebrowed which shows more apricot coloured flanks, plus the upperparts are too dark, the facial pattern not well marked enough and the bill on Eyebrowed shows an obvious yellow base.
