Title: Re: Baby Warbler Post by miket on Jun 20th, 2006, 7:09pm It's a juvenile White Wagtail Motacilla alba, presumably of the locally breeding form leucopsis. It probably breeds in the Kowloon Tong area, which has quite a bit of suitable habitat, with open spaces and park/garden type areas. Hope it can make it back into the wild. Mike Turnbull |

Title: Re: Baby Warbler Post by HF_Cheung on Jun 20th, 2006, 9:02pm As far as I know, you need a license to take care of sick or injured bird in HK. The law in HK are very restrictive in this aspect. I think you (Blackdogto) may get yourself into trouble if you take care of the bird yourself. I suggest getting the bird to the proper organization. HF Cheung |
