One brownish bird looking alike a smaller magpie was seen on 19/11 in MaiPo. It flew among trees to escape from me.

Was there any record of grey treepie in MaiPo between ponds 16&17 and ponds 18&19?

This was probably an Azure-winged Magpie, which has been reported from the Mai Po and Lok Ma Chau areas in recent months.
