The first one is an Imperial Eagle
Broad wing and stout body, also the white nape is clearly seen.
The second one is an Common Buzzard

I guess the second one is a Buzzard. but just standing there look so diff while it's flying..

but the imperial eagle. really look so diff to the "South China birds guide" also the photo in "A phtographic guide to the birds of HK".
