Would anyone tell me what tern it is?
Is it White-winged Tern juvenile?
I saw 1-2 in Nam Sang Wai fishpond!

They are possibly juvenile White-winged Black Terns

White rump contrasted with a brown back, non forked short tail, shorter bill compare with Common Tern

From the photos of the bird(s) I think I can see the black patch on the ear-coverts extend below eyes. Bhushan et. al. (1993) pointed out that a white gap between the patches and eyes can often be seen.
