You should also tell us where and when the pictures were taken.

This is clearly a drongo - time and place then get important because of the two commoner species Black is a summer visitor mostly to open country habitats and Hair-crested is a year-round resident in mainly quite lightly wooded areas.

I think it's probably the latter, taken in autumn, while it is regrowing its tail.
