Can I suggest you look closely at the head pattern to solve this one.

Dear KK,

One key field mark is the while eyebrow that is broken at the end.

A cross-check at the Bird of China photo gallary should help. http://www.cnbird.org.cn/

It points to an Orienfnl Tree Pipit Anthus hodgsoni.
