I saw 11 Grey-faced Buzzards over Kowloon City today at about 1:40. They stayed soaring for about 5 minutes and attracted 5 Kites.
Also nearby, an hour afterwards, were two accipiters, one apparently a Crested Goshawk, the other without the vent bulge and had longer primaries, possibly a Besra. They were of similar sizes but the latter seemed lighter after all.
