Recently the following were noted at Taipokau.
1 White's Thrush
1 Pygmy Wren Babbler
1 Tristram's Bunting
1 Rufous-tailed Robin
5 Red-headed Tit
20-30 Striated Yuhina
1 White-bellied Yuhina
3 Pekin Robin
3 Rufous-necked Scimitar Babbler
5 Rufous-capped Babbler
And many others.
