Title: Peregrine at Victoria Park
Post by Koren on Jan 12th, 2004, 7:39pm
I was watching birds during breaks in the tennis at Victoria Park on Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised to see a Peregrine Falcon soaring around with all the Black-eared Kites (and one Common Buzzard). Are peregrines resident around this area? In many other cities, peregrines breed on window ledges of the office buildings - is this the case here also? It would be great to set up a webcam to watch the nest!

Cheers, Koren
