Hi Sze,

Thank you for sharing your birding at Nam Sang Wai and glad to know that you had seen a lot of birds at there.

You had id many bird species except the duck.
Could you please tell us the name of the duck(s) you seen at Nam Sang Wai.

Before the photos being titled with the proper bird name, it is more appropriate to move this message temporary to the "Birding Report" forum. In fact, it is a very good birding report.

I'll choose take the boat cross the river and walkin from the other side.. feel a bit shorter...!!

Thank you for reporting your birding trips in Nam Sang Wai.  It does give us a more concrete idea of the abundance of the birdlife and other wildlife in the area.  The photos are evidence as well.  

Keep up your good work!

Do you type the bird species every time?  
There is a Hong Kong Bird checklist in "Excel format", can be download from the home page.  IÕve found it very useful, it does help to save some time for inputting the data by using "FIND" & "SORT".  After inputting the data that I've got for the birding trips that day(s) into the file, then using "CUT "and "PASTE" to prepare the message for BBS.

It saves my time to type the records twice.  

Please allow me to be a "long-winded" lady, the Society needs your sighting records at the end the year!   ;)

Nam Sang Wai is a great spot for bird photography in the early morning sun !
