1 Long-toed Stint
2 Painted Snipes

+Large numbers of Barn Swallows, Little Swifts and Black-collared Starlings.

Rather quiet today at LV.

"Swintail" Snipe - 2
Black-naped Oriole - 1 male
Chinese Starling - 20
Oriental Reed Warbler - 1
Comon Stonechat - 1
Zitting Cisticola - 3

2 chestnut-eared buntings were also seen at the vegetable field at the north-eastern edge of Long Valley, opposite to Sheung Shui Slaughter House in the morning of 19 Nov 05

The Rustic Bunting found yesterday was seen again thismorning between 0730 and 0830.

It was seen close to Yin Kong Village on an area of burnt ground just to the left of the path that begins to the left of the rubbish station.

The bird is a first winter male and looks to be in very good condition.

It will of course be up to the records committee to decide if it is a wild bird or not.
