It was seen at Sai Kung East with 2 eggs.

You must have done some climbing with all that equipment!

Would you give the date and equipment used as well? But don't reveal the location! :-X

This shot was taken with Panasonic FZ20  on 15/01/2006.  Actually, the breeding site is very remote but no climbing is necessary.

No, Sammy is one of my friends who trekked there and I discovered the WBSE but no carmera on hand.  I encouraged Sammy to post the record photo here for reporting.  Hope you can understand as Sammy is new and rare visitor here.

Dear All,

Thanks for the comments! It was my first photo posted.

It was taken on 15-01-2006 using Panasonic FZ20 (shot at 420 mm). I was hiking at Sai Kung East and saw it was flying and then rest on the nest.

A windy, cloudy and little bit cold day.  Maybe a good day for trekking but not too bad for birding, especially with the hope of watching the juvenile flying ...
