Is it possible to change the order that recent postings are displayed in this forum? It is quite hard to find where the most recent posts are because they are not displayed by date order.

I can see that it is useful to have some posts stay towards the top of the listing, but at the moment the order is all over the place and doesn't seem to make sense. For example, the FAQ should be at the top all the time. And the "sticky" topics should be listed in date order, at the moment the top few are but the rest seem to be in random order.

post on this forum are sort by date which the latest updated should display on top of each topics except some rules and useful information or birding reports we will lock and keep it on top until the mentioned seaons is finish.

I understand how it is intended to work, and it does make sense that the topics for the current season are at the top. However, the "sticky" topics don't display in proper date order.

It seems that the sticky topics are being displayed according to when they were first posted, rather than when the last posting was made, which is how the non-sticky topics are ordered.

As I'm looking at the topics now, the date order (from the top) is:
Feb 28, Dec 29, Feb 27, 22, 25, 22, 28, 10, 12, 16, Jan 7, Jan 23, Feb 8, 10, followed by all the "non-sticky" topics that are properly arranged in date order.

I have to agree with Koren, I have to scroll down the page to find the most recent posts usually. It would be much better if these were at the top of the page- are there any preference settings I can change so that this is possible?
