Illegal Mist Nets were found:

A) 10:40 am, Dec 13, 2003 - Hillside behind Yung Shing Court, Fanling. 4 mist nets (about 20m x 3m) were removed with the present of an off duty police officer.
The seizure nets were handed to report room staff at Sheung Shui Police Station.

B) 10:30am, Dec 20, 2003 - Tai Wo Tsuen, Tai Po. A mist net (10m x 6m) was seen set up in a field
in the Tai Wo Tsuen with a dead bat in it.

Both cases have been reported to AFCD Mr CL Wong <cl_wong@afcd.gov.hk>
