Dear APMW Forum / MWCC / AWG members,
from Anatidae Flyway Officer, 23 Dec 2002

Anatidae Working Group published the latest issue of Anet Newsletter (No.3)
at the Ramsar CoP8 in late November and distributed to the participants
including National Delegates to the CoP in the flyway. Some of the printed
copies are still on the postal way to the subscribers. The PDF file (560KB)
of the issue is now on the web, as well as web pages of the reports to the
issue from the projects and the Network Sites. In those web pages, you may
find additional pictures to the printed issue, as well as in full colour
besides monochrome ones in print.

We thanks very much the authors to the issue and financial support to the
publication by the Ministry of the Environment Japan.
