The HK Observatory now has a webpage that provides real time tide heights in HK, including Tsim Bei Tsui. This is a very useful aid indeed, for those wishing to time visits to the boardwalk or TBT carefully.

For example, if you are doing the WWF Big Bird Race this weekend, it will, for example, allow you to see exactly how the tide has performed on the Friday, when nobody is in the Reserve.

WWF HK staff at Mai Po has been checking the tides over the past few days and will check the tide again on Friday to confirm when high tide is. We will then we will pass this information onto all the BBR Teams.
