It is time to submit your bird records for 2003! We are attempting to get right back on schedule with regard to HKBR publication, and it is important that bird records are submitted promptly.

Please download the Excel file from this website and use it to submit records of birds you made in 2003. Please take care to follow the format as laid out in the sample file!

Once you have finished, send your records to: gjcarey@netvigator.com

Not sure why it's not working. Try:

gjcarey@asiaecol.com.hk

I was informed in the past record to be submitted to recorder@hkbws.org.hk, why it is gjcarey@asiaecol.com.hk now?

If it makes it easier to do, please use recorder@.... Mail sent to this address is passed on to me, as the Chairman of the Records Committee.

However, it's more convenient if it's sent direct to me at the address that I provided.
