Who is he?

I don't think the photos of red-tailed laughing-thrush, etc., were taken at Tai Po Kau ???  Especially with the photography equipment he mentioned in the article.  He is misleading people....

Could the Chairman/Society do something?

The forrest birds appeared to be cage birds at the HK Park Aviary!
