Title: Space partitioning by 2 common Bulbuls in HK 鵯的分佈 Post by Carrie Ma on May 24th, 2005, 12:07pm There is an interesting study of Chinese and Red-whiskered Bulbul, conducted from Sept 2001 to February 2002. It results that Chinese Bulbuls are more abundant in rural areas, and Red-whiskered Bulbuls are more confine to human-modified habitats. Details of the paper can be find at the links below: Space partitioning by two common Bulbuls in Hong Kong (by Eric Chan, Porcupine #31 July 2004) http://www.hku.hk/ecology/porcupine/por31/31-vert-4-bulbul.htm#index4 |
