Hi Hendrix,

Thank you for reporting the case and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will fix the broken bench as soon as possible.

Mai Po office telephone system have been out of service for a few days before but it has been fixed now. Next time if you got any report on broken facilities in Mai Po Nature Reserve, please feel free to contact our staff at 2471 6306.

Isn't this applies to all bird watching hides in MPNR !  ;)

But the one in question is actually a temporary setup ... ;D
