Dear all,
Today, I saw an adv from a fax about a selling of a bird warning machine ?
one is ultrasonic type HK$x,xxx (effective range : 6500sqft) and another is sonic type HK$1x,xxx (1 hectare) and bird proof (liquid) HK$xxx per gallon.

Is it harmful to birds and environment ?
Is it really necessary to have a clear cut between human and natural world ?

If the products do serve the purposes they claim, intangible harm may be possible in terms of disturbing the normal behaviour of birds. Taking the argument one step further, they may cause enough detriments to have convened the laws protecting wild birds. >:(
