This is one of my most recent shots of a Great Egret in flight taken at MPNR 米埔 last week. It was a heavy overcast day hence no blue water ...

Enjoy the beautiful 'line of flow' this bird brings us!

KK,

You are the master of flight shot ;). It is another wonderful shot with blurred wing and sharp head and legs. I think the head shall be very sharp of the original slide. Right?

It is realy hard to catch the body & head sharp, but the wing is moved, what is the shutter speed ? :) 1/160 ?

Daniel, indeed the bill and the body are both pin sharp in the original slide; except the wings, of course, which convey the sense of action in flight.

Hendrix, shutter speed was 1/250s and with precise panning you can attain this result too ...;D

Another great shot. I like the use of the black frame as, in my view, it adds to the artistry of the shot.
