Dear Lynx,

It is rare to see Rose-ringed Parakeet in Kowloon Park.  If you see pink on the shoulder and a larger bill, then this is an Alexandrine Parakeet.  Please check.

It is an Alexandrine Parakeet, look at its eye, the iris is yellow.

For Rose-ringed Parakeet, it has pink/reddish iris. ::)
