There were 3 of these cute chicks, protected by 1 adult Stilt. Didn't know they breed in Hong Kong.

我想知道這是否首次在香港或中國南部的繁殖紀錄。
Is this the first breeding record in Hong Kong and South China ?

Very good picture....!! So cute.....!! They seem like very active and good in health.

I hope that chick can grow up without frequent human distuirbance.

It is uncertain that is the first breeding record of Black-winged Stilt in South China or not. However, this species breeds in southern Taiwan and so it is also likely breeding in South China.
