Scope - CZ Diascope 65T Fl 15-45X Zoom eyepiece
Mount - DIY with tissue paper core
DC - Nikon CoolPix 3100, Sports mode
Everyone seems taking bird photo with monocular and DC
It's my first successful shot taken at Long Valley

Some tricks on the mount:
Toilet paper core fits nicely on my 3100. It is a bit loose on the eyepiece so I bandaged a rubber sling on it. Now it fits sluggly into the rubber ring of the eyepiece.

Sun Optics from Taiwan has mount for Sony DV but seems to none for DC yet.

Some tricks on 3100:
This is a fully automatic DC without manual control. After trial and error, I noticed that under sports mode, ISO speed is increased to ASA 400-800. The shutter speed is the fastest possible. This helps a lot to prevent hand shake.
