I think its a Greater Spotted Eagle

Why?

Its very dark, and there is spotting on the coverts, strongly suggesting juvenile Gtr Spotted. There are lots more technical things to address, but on any eagle this dark you would need a good reason for dismissing Greater Spotted Eagle.
