I see 10D has a lot going in terms of image quality despite its relatively lower AF performance in comparison with 1D/1v. Many top US bird photographers such as Arthur Morris, Greg Downing and EJ Peiker are also using 10D for their serious shots!

Things may change of course when the new 1D is announced in the upcoming PMA next month. More pixels and even better AF are expected ...
