We may see some little Chinese heron in a week or two :D

Let me guess...is it near to that car-park? ;)

I saw two pairs last Saturday and further back during Easter, back then, I saw 2 herons looking for sites around there. Last Sat, the herons were really protective as they chased away those "pesky" azure-winged magpies.

You are correct! ;D

I think I saw at least 5-6 nests (which indicated 10-12 herons) in the trees near car park yesterday.
