081 Greater Spotted Eagle 烏鵰
Could somebody help on the id of this raptor. Not seen on the photo is a white spot on its back.

As far as I can see it's an adult Spotted Eagle. For Steppe Eagle you'd want to see something with the gape flange (yellow skin at the base of the bill) extending further back. Did you see the bird in flight and in particular the underside of the flight feathers?
