Sorry, I am a newbie and ask so many questions.  Is it silky starling or white-cheeked starling?

They are Red-billed (or Silky) Starlings.

They are Silky Starling, another name Red-billed Starling.
When you are not sure whether it is Silky or White-cheeked, you may check the bill color.
