It could be Avian pox, a kind of viral infection found in wildbirds. The lesion menifested as multifocal to coalescing, proliferative and neczotizing dermitis. Always restricted to non-feathered portion of body (face & legs ).

Thanks for TM's explanation. Hope the infection does not cause too much uncomfort to this BTG. :-/
